Submit your request
Fill out the short Google Form for the document you need. Tell us where to ship it and attach the required IDs.
We confirm receipt within 24 hours and email you any additional requirements (e.g. SPA, signed authorization).

We process in Manila
Once the application is submitted, I will update you on its status. Payment will only be made after the NBI or PSA has been processed online. Will send proof and invoice provided.

We notify you once DFA delivered
After recei, the document will be processed for DFA Apostille, and a soft copy will be sent before delivery to you so it can already be submitted to your agency or employer while waiting for the physical file.
